I still love to play lebensohl is only bid on weak hands, which lets me double on this type of hand. If partner bids any suit showing values I can easily continue, and pass if partner bids 2NT! Yes it could end up looking foolish if partner really has hearts for example, but no bidding plan on these hands is perfect and I still love the odds.

Otherwise, I think this is a great problem. I'll double anyway and bid 3♦ over 2NT.

Pass and Pass for me, although I find the Lebensohl comment very interesting! Didn't think of it this way, but Dbl is probably better.
